WEDNESDAY WANDERLUST: IOWA SKIES
By Paul Strubell of Dirt Orcas – 4/10/19
This weeks edition of Wednesday Wanderlust is about Iowa. Home to me and likely not on your radar at all if you aren’t from around here. The world has many beautiful places, many that are far more scenic than the Midwest of the United States. However, one thing we do have is a regular display of fantastic sunsets.
Take three minutes out of your day and enjoy this video called Rural Iowa Skies from ELEMOTION Photo.
If you find this remotely interesting please also remember that you could have a great opportunity to see some Iowa skies for yourself this June if you attend my adventure motorcycling event on June 22nd. Details and sign up information can be found here.
Enjoy and hope to see you in Iowa this Summer.

This time-lapse film features some of the most peaceful scenery found in Iowa. We spent countless hours capturing and editing these shots to truly capture the beauty of Iowa through all the seasons. From meteor showers and lightning bugs to brilliant sunsets at some of our serene ponds, it’s easy to spot the beauty if you slow down and look around. Even in the cold winter mornings there is plenty to explore and discover if you keep your eyes open.
